This is the time when players can access the black market to purchase unique decorations and Lucky Coins. The black market is active from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Palian time. During this time frame, players can visit the area and interact with the cash register, even if is not present.

Once this quest is completed, players can find the entrance to the sewer located just south of the Remembrance Garden, along the beachy coast.
