Description In Palia, the “Housing Plot” is a significant aspect of the game, serving as the player’s home. It allows players to build a House, decorate it, place cosmetic constructions and crafting facilities, tend to a garden, cook sophisticated dishes, and even host social gatherings.

An Old Plot At the start of the game, players encounter Ashura, the local Innkeeper, who generously offers an old Plot to the traveler, citing a lack of room at the inn.

Default Plot Upon entering the plot, the new owner discovers an abandoned place surrounded by nature, featuring a fence, a Mailbox, and a Shipping Bin. The area is illuminated by a tall lightpost, providing a warm and protective cloud of light over the lane. The site is enclosed by abrupt rocks, some of which offer a magnificent view of the entire area. The plot also includes a chill lake with fish, a groundwater source, a special board to visit Friends’ Plots, and a distant water body. Additionally, a broken wall sustained by imposing marble pillars hints at a fallen civilization, inviting players to discover its story.

It’s a Start The site requires cleaning up to place the first “roof above the head” - a Makeshift Tent. Ashura provides a Makeshift Axe, and players meet Hodari, the resident miner, who offers a Makeshift Pick.

Construction Players can build additional constructions on the Housing Plot. After speaking to Kenli, players receive this Housing Plot, which appears in the Housing Menu item list. Placing down the House on the property initiates a series of quests that guide players through the building process.

Housing Slots Additional housing slots can be purchased for 50,000+ Gold, with the cost increasing by 25,000 Gold each time. Each housing slot provides a clean slate for the Housing Plot, enabling players to design multiple different build layouts.

Customization Players can place furniture, star quality items (fish, bugs, dishes), and crafters in their housing plot to create a unique and personalized space. There is a cap of 3000 items that can be placed in one Housing Plot.
